• EASY ASH & GREASE CLEANUP

Access the removable grease tray via the front of the grill—no more having to remove the bottom racks. Making grill maintenance a breeze. And cleaning out the ash pot just takes a quick slide and a twist. With the Ash Cleanout knob now located on the front of the grill, you can remove and discard ash within seconds.

• DOWN & OUT VENTILATION

The heat diffuser is designed to push smoke and heat up the sides of the grill before circulating and exiting through the rear exhaust. Giving you even heat and smoke throughout the entire chamber.

• ACCESSORY COMPATIBLE

The Apex Gas Kit not only comes with built-in chamber burners, but also comes with the Apex Sidekick. The Sidekick mounts to the side of your Apex Grill and houses an included griddle. The griddle can be swapped out for a Pizza Oven, BBQ Box, cast iron cookware, and more. Enjoy the powerful 28K BTU/Hr. propane burner as it reaches temperatures of 700°F—great for deep frying, crab boils, or cooking up sauces and gravy’s or giving your steak a tasteful sear.

• PROBE STORAGE

Everything has a place now...even your meat probes. We've included 4 colored probes, for easy temperature identification, that can be stored away in a convenient push-to-open compartment.

• WIFI CONTROLLER

Equipped with a premium all-weather, WIFI enabled digital controller so you can dial-in your smoke level and temperature, and pairs seamlessly with the Camp Chef app so you can monitor your cook right from your phone.

• PELLET SENSOR

The pellet sensor lets you know when the 30 pound pellet hopper is getting low. (About an hour left of smoking.) So, you’ll never be surprised by an empty hopper again.
